The home healthcare service is responsible for medical care and rehabilitation for the municipality's residents in their own homes and accommodations. Here, nurses, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants work together with the care recipient at the center. Our main tasks within home healthcare LSS are to provide care and treatment to individuals who need support in LSS accommodations and at home.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Standard tasks for district nurses/nurses with patient responsibility for LSS and in ordinary housing. This can involve everything from simpler medical interventions to more advanced care when it moves into the home. A variation in work where no day is like the other.

You plan your work both independently and together with your team. We use digital signing of health and medical care tasks to simplify the daily life of licensed professionals and increase compliance in performed interventions. Documentation is done in Treserva Health Case, and we use AlfaSignIt for digital signing.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• Licensed district nurse/psychiatric nurse/nurse.
• Experience in healthcare in a municipal setting.
• Computer literate (knowledge and experience working in Office).
• Good ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish.
• Driving license B and good driving experience with a passenger car.

We consider previous experience in psychiatry and/or LSS operations as an advantage.
